Welcome to Brain Quant, a brain game application for logic building, math and memory testing. It is designed for teenagers and adults aged 13 and above.

This privacy policy outlines how we handle your data. By using Brain Quant, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We, the developer, do not ask for or store any personal information ourselves. Brain Quant does not require login, does not store usernames, and does not collect email addresses. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.

However, the app shows ads using Google AdMob, which automatically collects some data from your device, as described below.

2. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. When ads are shown, AdMob collects and processes the following information, which is shared with Google:

- Device or other identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID

- Approximate location, derived from your IP address

- App interactions, such as ads viewed and tapped

- Diagnostics, such as crash and performance data related to ads

This information is used for advertising (including showing relevant ads), measuring ad performance (analytics), and preventing fraud and abuse. It is encrypted in transit.

3. Your Privacy Choices (EEA, UK, Switzerland and US)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Brain Quant asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. The consent form is provided by Google's User Messaging Platform and appears when you first open the app.

You can choose to consent, or select "Manage options" to choose which purposes and ad partners you allow. If you do not consent to personalised ads, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads. These use less data but may still rely on device identifiers, for example for frequency capping, fraud prevention and ad measurement.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by tapping "Privacy settings" on the app's home screen.

US state privacy rights: if you live in a US state with consumer privacy laws (such as California), you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising through the same "Privacy settings" option in the app.

4. Children's Privacy

Brain Quant is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

5. Data Security

We do not store your personal information on our own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's security practices and privacy policy.
