Brainprint Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Brainprint app ("the app"), made by 2C Studio, including the Google Play version and the Solana dApp Store version. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the app
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
2. For fun and self-discovery
The tests, scores, IQ estimates and personality results in the app are for entertainment and self-discovery only. They are estimates, not a professional, psychological, educational or medical assessment, and should not be used to make important decisions.
3. Solana wallet features (Solana dApp Store version only)
Connecting a wallet is optional. The app only reads public information linked to your wallet address to unlock cosmetic features, such as the Seeker Verified badge. The app never asks for your private keys or recovery phrase. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.
4. Purchases
If the app offers paid features, the price and what you get will be shown before you pay. Purchases on Google Play follow Google Play's refund policies. Payments made on a blockchain cannot be reversed by us once confirmed.
5. Your content
Result cards and challenge codes you choose to share are shared by you, through your phone's share menu. Please share responsibly.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, 2C Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.

2. 仅供娱乐和自我探索
本应用中的测试、分数、智商估算和人格结果仅供娱乐和自我探索。它们只是估算，不是专业的心理、教育或医学评估，不应用于做重要决定。
3. Solana 钱包功能（仅限 Solana dApp Store 版）
连接钱包是可选的。本应用只读取与你钱包地址相关的公开信息，用来解锁装饰性功能，例如 Seeker Verified 徽章。本应用永远不会要求你提供私钥或助记词。你需要自行负责钱包的安全。
4. 购买
如本应用提供付费功能，付款前会显示价格和你将获得的内容。在 Google Play 的购买适用 Google Play 的退款政策。区块链上的付款一经确认，我们无法撤销。
5. 你分享的内容
你选择分享的成绩卡片和挑战码，是由你通过手机的分享菜单分享的。请负责任地分享。
6. 不作保证
本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。我们会尽力保持应用正常运行，但无法保证它始终可用或没有错误。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，2C Studio 不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接或后果性损失负责。
8. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本条款。更新后的版本将发布在本页面。
