By downloading, installing, or using the Brain Numbers mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for a general audience. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to using the App without parental permission.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to source code, graphics, user interfaces, audio, and visual content, are owned exclusively by Paweł Chilczuk ("Developer") and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree NOT to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to alter or influence gameplay.
Exploit the App or any of its parts for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may contain third-party services, such as advertisements (Google AdMob) and technical diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on the App's store page.
