Brain Glow Up – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Brain Glow Up app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Abirami_k (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Audience and Safety

The Application is designed to be generally suitable for a broad audience and does not contain content that is inappropriate for children. Because the Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, it can be safely used for focus and screen‑time management by users of different ages.

2. Prominent Disclosure: Accessibility Service Usage

The Application uses the Android Accessibility Service API to provide its core functionality (Focus Shields). The Accessibility Service is used solely to detect when specific “distracting” apps (such as Social Media, Games, Shopping, and similar apps) are in the foreground and to monitor scrolling duration so that the Application can show focus reminders and nudges.

• The Application does not collect, read, or transmit any data accessed through this service.
  
  

• It does not read private messages, photos, passwords, or screen content, and it does not log keystrokes.
  
  

• All processing happens in real time, locally on the device, and is not stored or sent to any server.
  
  

• You can enable or disable this service at any time through the device’s Accessibility settings.
  
  

3. Information Collection and Use

• Zero Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information from any user.
  
  

• No Tracking: We do not track pages visited or time spent within the Application or in other apps for analytics or profiling. All focus‑detection logic remains strictly on the user’s device.
  
  

• Internet Usage: The "INTERNET" permission is used exclusively for Google Play Billing (to manage Premium features and verify purchases). No user data is transmitted over this connection.
  
  

4. Third‑Party Services

The Application utilizes the following third‑party services:

• Google Play Services: For core Android app environment features.
  
  

• Google Play Billing: For secure handling of optional Premium subscriptions.
  
  

These services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle data. The Application does not use third‑party advertising SDKs or data‑harvesting/analytics SDKs.
