Instructions for Poster and Presenters:
1. Poster Presenters
Brain Connects 2025 will present your researches as e-posters.
Please note that onsite posters will be presented in x2 shifts.
Day 1
October 6, 2025 (Monday): 11:10 AM to 12:30 PM
October 6, 2025 (Monday): 4:30 to 5:30 PM
Day 2
Shift 1: October 7 (Tuesday) – 12:10 to 1:30 PM
Shift 2: October 7 (Tuesday) – 4:30 to 5:30 PM
After registration at the desk, go to the poster boards to check the date and time you will stand by to present your posters. 2 to 3 e-posters will be shifting in one poster board, so please be on standby at your assigned e-poster boards to await your turn.
Only those who have registered for the onsite Congress will be allowed to present.
Poster presenters are requested to stand by their posters during the poster tour and present their work within 5 minutes. Time of poster tour to be announced.
Attendees expect authors to be available and willing to engage in discussion about the work during the conference.

Format: 1 page pdf file in portrait layout.
Language: English
Dimension: 11.25 inches x 20 inches
Orientation: Portrait
File size: up to 10MB only
Animated images and animations are not allowed.
Images, photos, tables and graphs should be copy-pasted on the pdf file as the e-poster system does not support embedded files -audio or video.
Please do not use headers and footers.
Save the file name as <BCAbstract no.> Only letters and numbers and no spaces in the file name. For example: “BC001”

Please note that the upload service will be available until September 26, 2025.
Oral paper presentation
Selected papers will be given the opportunity for oral presentation on the afternoons of October 6 and 7.
Confirmed presenters will be notified via e-mail.
Please ensure that you test your computer by connecting it to the venue projector during, or preferably before, the break immediately preceding your session. You may approach the technical booth on the day of your presentation.
Each presentation is allocated approximately 8 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
