Poster Presentation Session
The poster presentation session will be 16:00 ~ 17:30 on July 31h.
The poster presenter will have 3 to 5 minutes for presentation.
Instructions for Poster Presenters:
Poster boards will be available from 10:00 on July 31 until 16:00 on August 1, 2015 at the first floor of Noyori Memorial Hall.
Please mount your poster by 12:00 on July 31 and remove by 16:00 on Aug 1. Posters remaining after the closing time will be discarded.
A poster presentation session will be held on July 31, 2015 from 16:30 to 17:45.
A chairperson of poster session will guide the poster tour during this presentation session.
A poster viewing session will be held on july 31, 2018 from 18:00 to 20:00.
The authors should stand-by their poster during the presentation session time shown above and present their work briefly.
Attendees expect authors to be available and willing to engage in discussion about the work during the conference.
If extraordinary circumstances require withdrawal of a paper, please notify the conference office at ッbrainconnects2015@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Poster boards will be vertically (portrait) orientated. The dimensions of the poster boards to hold your poster are 113cm (width) X 163cm (height).
Posters will be attached using poster tape which will be available onsite.
The deadline of poster registration is June 30, 2015. Please send 1) Title, 2) Authors list, and 3)Facility names to the organizer or the e-mail address above. No abstract is required.
