Privacy Policy – Brain vs Color

Brain vs Color is provided by CG IN SOLUTION. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game uses, how it is used, and how you can contact us.
1. Information stored on your device
Brain vs Color stores the following information locally on your device:
- Your chosen display name
- Game settings
- Sound and voice preferences
- Vibration preferences
- Best scores
- Achievements
- Unlocked themes
- Tutorial status
- Completed daily challenges
- Completed weekly challenges
This local information is not uploaded unless it is specifically used for an online game feature such as the leaderboard.
2. Anonymous Firebase account
When the game connects to its online services, Firebase Authentication creates or restores an anonymous account.
This account uses a random technical identifier. We do not require:
- Email address
- Password
- Phone number
- Real name
- Contacts
- Precise location
The anonymous Firebase identifier is used to connect your game results to your player profile.
3. Player name
At first launch, the player chooses a display name between 3 and 16 characters.
The display name must be unique in the game. The name and anonymous Firebase identifier may be stored in Cloud Firestore.
Players should not use their real full name, email address, phone number, or other sensitive personal information as their display name.
4. Leaderboard
When you play while connected to the internet, Brain vs Color may send the following information to Cloud Firestore:
- Display name
- Game score
- Game mode
- Date of the game
- Anonymous Firebase player identifier
This information is used to display the leaderboard by category and show the best result for each player.
The anonymous Firebase identifier is not intended to identify you personally.
5. Advertising
Brain vs Color uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
- Device information
- Advertising identifiers
- Approximate location
- Ad interaction information
- Technical and usage information
Where required, the game asks for consent before personalized advertising. You may refuse or manage your consent through the consent dialog.
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob under Google's own privacy policies.
6. Audio, voice, vibration, and permissions
The game may use sound effects, spoken color names, and vibration.
These options can be disabled in the Settings menu.
The game does not upload:
- Microphone recordings
- Voice recordings
- Contacts
- Photos
- Personal files
7. How information is used
Information is used to:
- Operate the game
- Save local progress
- Display the leaderboard
- Prevent duplicate player names
- Provide advertisements
- Provide rewarded game features
- Improve application reliability
CG IN SOLUTION does not sell your personal information.
8. Data retention
Local game data can be removed by:
- Clearing the application data
- Uninstalling the application
Online leaderboard and player-name data may remain in Cloud Firestore until it is deleted or removed according to our data-management process.
9. Data deletion and privacy requests
You may request deletion or correction of your player name and online leaderboard data by contacting:

Please include your player name, game mode, score, and approximate date so we can locate the relevant data.
10. Children
Brain vs Color is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Brain vs Color uses the following third-party services:
