How to Register: Here is a tutorial that how to register:

*1.By E-Mail:*

1. At first go to form Download Link and Download the form.

2. Then open the form with any type of pdf reader(For View) or With a pdf filler(For filling up the form).

3. Then fill up the required information's.

4. After filling up all of the information's Save the pdf.

5. Then attach the filled pdf and E-Mail to bmmadrasah@gmail.com or Click here to email automatically .

6. Done!

***Before E-Mail Make sure every informations filled up correctly otherwise your application will be refused***

*2.By E-Mail(Computer):*

1.At first go to form Download Link and Download the form.

2.Then click Open with and look for any other app without google docs.

3.Then fill up the required information's.

4.After filling up all of the information's Save the pdf.

5.Then attach the filled pdf and E-Mail to bmmadrasah@gmail.com or Click here to email automatically .

6.Done!

***Before E-Mail Make sure every informations filled up correctly otherwise your application will be refused***

*3.Manually:*

1. At first go to form Download Link and Download the form or take the form from Madrasah.

2. Then print the form .

3. Fill it up with pen or manually.

4. Submit it at Madrasah office.

5. Done!
