Born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988, Brady grew up surrounded by the coastal beauty of Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay. His early passion for fishing evolved from saltwater angling to freshwater bass fishing and later to fly fishing during a memorable trip to the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Brady’s academic journey began at Pine View School for the Gifted, where he served as Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. During his time there, he demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, serving as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions, Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key, and holding leadership roles within his fraternity.
Driven by a desire to improve healthcare systems, he pursued a Master of Health Administration at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions. As Treasurer of the Health Administration Student Association, he gained early exposure to healthcare leadership principles. He graduated in 2012, well-prepared for a career in an evolving healthcare landscape.
Brady began his professional journey with an administrative fellowship at a Tenet Healthcare facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. There, he contributed to executive-level initiatives and managed key functions of the Level I trauma center, including patient experience, customer service, and communication.
In 2013, he returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Soon after, he led process improvement initiatives at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital, where his work enhanced efficiency and service quality. Later that year, he relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, joining Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). At CHI, he worked on performance excellence projects that improved surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow, demonstrating his ability to translate analytical insight into measurable operational results.
In 2016, Brady Beitlich accepted a leadership position with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, overseeing multiple medical practices in neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His responsibilities encompassed operations, finance, and strategic growth.
His leadership potential earned him a place in the HCA Leadership Institute Academy in 2019, where he further honed his skills in strategy, communication, and team development. Over his eight-year tenure with HCA, Brady achieved several milestones, including the complete remodel and operational launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga.
