Early Life and Education

Pastor Bradley Liebe was nurtured in Waupaca, Wisconsin. He pursued higher education at North Central University in Minneapolis, where he embraced his calling in faith and leadership. During these pivotal years, he discovered his zeal for nurturing individuals and fostering cohesive teams.

Beginning of Ministry Work

His professional path commenced in Fort Myers, Florida, where he directed student ministries at the First Assembly of God. From January 1992 to November 2000, Liebe developed and executed weekly events and curricula that promoted personal and spiritual development. He also spearheaded sizable international events, engaging from 100 to over 10,000 participants. These initiatives enabled him to guide and influence young individuals toward achieving their potential in various life facets.

Expanding Ministry to Europe

In December 2000, he took a significant step by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark. He assumed the Executive Director role at the Copenhagen International Masters Commission. He established a two-year residential, faith-based technical college that welcomed 50 international students in its inaugural year. He successfully raised $2 million to launch and maintain this initiative, overseeing curriculum development and financial management to ensure longevity.

Leadership Growth in Fort Myers

Liebe returned to the United States in January 2003, stepping into the role of Assistant Senior Pastor at First Assembly of God in Fort Myers. Over the next five years, he was instrumental in doubling the church's attendance and expanding from one to five regional campuses. His responsibilities included managing a 100-person staff and overseeing a significant construction project that added a 45,000-square-foot facility. This project was completed both on time and under budget. He also upgraded the church's technological infrastructure to enable live streaming of services, enhancing the church's outreach capabilities.

Leading Pathways Church

In January 2009, he became the Lead Pastor at Pathways Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, the church witnessed a 500% growth in attendance and financial giving. He successfully eliminated a $400,000 budget deficit and introduced financial strategies that led to a surplus. His efforts also included collaborations with the board of directors to oversee facility improvements, ensuring the church's operations were efficient and welcoming.

Transition to Financial Services

In 2013, Bradley shifted his focus toward financial services, taking on the role of President at KK&B Financial Services for Seniors. He has dedicated over a decade to helping seniors achieve their financial aspirations, providing personalized and independent financial advice to help them secure their retirements.

Professional Speaking and Coaching

Since 2008, he has also served as a professional speaker and coach for Rick Olson Seminars, delivering workshops on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and change management. His seminars are known for their practical insights and relatability, significantly impacting participants.

Role at Peoples Church

In January 2014, Liebe joined Peoples Church as the Executive Pastor and COO. His leadership focuses on the church's various administrative and operational aspects, aiming to help individuals experience and participate in God’s redemptive story. The church promotes love, truth, and community sacrifice, guiding its outreach and service efforts.
