I need some help deciding on which servo brackets I need to buy/make in order to build a robotic arm that will have the same angles of rotation of an excavator. It must closely resemble the construction of the excavator.

In this link (i think you need quicktime to play it) i like the pipes they used to connect the brackets (where can I buy this pipe online?) . So i was thinking of doing something similar for the " boom " and bend the pipe to a certain angle to obtain the resemblance of the excavator's. Any suggestions and direct links to the parts will greatly be appreciated.

Without seeing the picture it is hard to know what to suggest. I have made servo brackets from aluminimum and plastic angle that you can buy at many DIY stores.

These welded brackets for 10 lb Ansul RedLine cartridge-operated extinguishers, are constructed of heavy gauge steel and are available in regular and corrosion-resistant versions, both of which are available in standard or heavy-duty versions. The overcenter toggle action of the clamp arm employs the closing tension to lock the arm tightly around the extinguisher while still providing quick and easy access. Resilient pads grip and support the extinguisher, minimizing movement regardless of the bracket mounting position. Holes are provided for mounting the bracket by the back plate or by the base.

Seismic brackets are predominantly used with seismic cables in suspended piping, conduit and equipment to provide a tension restraint in the direction of the cable. I was missing the mounting brackets to the back of the t.v. I contacted Mounting Dream on a Sunday afternoon and they responded almost immediately, sent them pictures of t.v. model and their bracket. Brackets were ordered, received within 4-5 days. The t.v. is on the wall!

Kudos to the Mounting Dream team. We moved to a new house that had the mount on the wall but no TV brackets. We emailed with pictures and they verified the TV model and the mount and sent the brackets to us. Got in under a week and TV looks good on the wall.
