1. Deposit and Payment: A $20 deposit is required to begin any custom piece. This deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed after receiving the final estimate. Once you confirm the estimate, the deposit is applied to your total. The remaining balance must be paid before the piece is released, whether it is shipped or picked up in person.
2. Production Timeline: Each custom piece requires a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks for completion. Please give at least this notice. Depending on the season, there may be a waiting list. If the timeline exceeds 4 weeks, I will communicate that during the follow-up. Once the design is finalized, no further changes can be made.
3. Communication: Clear communication is essential. I will reach out if I need clarification, and I ask that you respond promptly so we stay on track. No last-minute rush requests will be accepted, as I carefully finalize every detail before production.
4. Customer Conduct: I reserve the right to refuse any customer request that promotes hate speech, hate symbols, or harmful ideologies. Brace for It is an LGBTQ+ friendly environment, and all customers are welcome as long as they align with respect and inclusivity.
5. Product Availability: Custom pieces are made to order, and availability may vary. If a material is out of stock, I will notify you promptly, and we can discuss alternatives or adjust the timeline.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled under those laws.
