The BQSE Work-in-Progress Seminar serves as a focal point for knowledge exchange within the Berlin quantitative spatial economics community. It is primarily intended for researchers based in the Berlin area, including recent visitors, and provides a platform for presenting and discussing ongoing projects. The seminar fosters the development of research ideas, and supports both senior and junior scholars in advancing their work. Topics relate to spatial economics and its various related fields, including environment, history, labour, public, regional, trade, and urban economics. The seminar is held during the winter term, with selected sessions reserved for the regular BQSE Research Seminar.
Seminars take place from 16:15-17:45 at the School of Business and Economics at HU Berlin (Spandauer Str. 1), Room 22. The list of speakers for the current season is below. Past programmes are available here: [-]
