1. Name, Purpose & Logo

The BEPZA PSC BNCC Ex-Cadets' Club is an alumni organization for former cadets of the BEPZA PSC BNCC Platoon, Savar. It fosters community, organizes reunions, provides career support, and promotes mentorship while ensuring non-interference with active cadet operations. The club logo represents the three BNCC wings, military values, and unity.

2. Membership

• Open to all alumni with a cadet number from BEPZA PSC BNCC Platoon.

• Membership categories:

  • General Members – Ex-cadets who completed HSC from BEPZA PSC.

  • Batch Leaders – Representatives of specific cadet batches.

• Membership fees are determined by the executive body.

3. Leadership Structure

• Advisor: The Platoon Commander serves as the club's advisor.

• Founding Leader: Holds a permanent advisory position with authority equal to the president, including the power to dissolve the club if necessary.

• President: Elected leader responsible for overall management.

• Batch Leaders: Elected representatives who facilitate communication and coordinate events.

• Leadership Term: President and Batch Leaders serve for two years, with provisions for early re-elections if needed.

4. Meetings & Events

• Annual General Meeting (AGM): Reviews activities, finances, and leadership elections.

• Reunions: Organized yearly for networking and camaraderie.

• Special Events: Includes Iftar gatherings and career mentorship programs.

5. Rules & Regulations

• Members must uphold respect, unity, and professionalism.

• Club activities will not interfere with current BNCC cadet training.

• Financial transparency is mandatory, ensuring responsible use of funds.

• Amendments to the constitution require majority approval during the AGM.

6. Club Dissolution

If the club ceases to operate, remaining assets will be donated to charity or the BNCC platoon. The Founding Leader has the authority to reactivate or dissolve the club.

7. Miscellaneous

• Communication is primarily via social media and the club’s website.

• The club is committed to lifelong support, networking, and fostering the cadet spirit.
