Established in February 2025, the BEPZA PSC Ex-Cadets' Club is a community of BNCC Cadets dedicated to fostering lifelong connections among former cadets. Our club serves as a platform for alumni to reunite, share experiences, and contribute to the growth of both current students and the institution that shaped us.
With a strong commitment to camaraderie, mentorship, and personal development, we aim to create opportunities for networking, professional growth, and social initiatives. Whether you are looking to reconnect with old friends, support new generations of cadets, or engage in meaningful activities, our club welcomes you to be a part of this legacy.
Join us in keeping the cadet spirit alive!
In the logo the three chevrons illustrate the three wings of BNCC. Below the swords BNCC is mentioned as this club is formed for the ex-cadets’ of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps of BEPZA PSC. The Name of the club is on the top of the logo. BEPZA PSC BNCC Platoon has only Army wing for now so a golden star is added on the red chevron that indicates army wing. The motto of the club “United in Connection Strong in Unity” is written below the BNCC. The cross swords are illustrated to indicate defense and the outer black circle indicates the ink. The white background illustrates peace and prosperity.
It gives me immense pride and heartfelt satisfaction to welcome you all to the official platform of the BEPZA Public School & College Ex Cadets’ Club.
I am Engineer Zobaer Al Masud, an Ex Cadet Under Officer of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) and Platoon In-charge of Daffodil International University BNCC Platoon. During my college years, I had the honor of serving as a Cadet Corporal and Second In-charge of the BEPZA Public School & College BNCC Platoon, as well as leading the Female Platoon as its In-charge. These experiences shaped my leadership, discipline, and deep sense of unity—values that continue to guide me today.
The vision behind founding this club was simple yet powerful: to reconnect, unite, and strengthen the bond among all former cadets of BEPZA Public School & College. BNCC is not just an organization; it is a lifelong identity that instills leadership, responsibility, and patriotism in every cadet. However, as time passes, many of us become disconnected despite sharing such a strong foundation. This club aims to bridge that gap.
Through this platform, we aspire to build a vibrant and supportive community where ex-cadets can stay connected, share experiences, collaborate, and contribute to each other’s personal and professional growth. It is also a space where we can uphold the values we learned as cadets and continue to inspire future generations.
I firmly believe that unity is our greatest strength. Together, we can create opportunities, support one another, and carry forward the legacy of discipline, leadership, and service.
I warmly invite all ex-cadets to join us in this journey and make this club a symbol of pride, connection, and excellence.
“United in connection, strong in unity.”
With best wishes,
Engineer Zobaer Al Masud
Founder, BEPZA Public School & College Ex Cadets’ Club
It is both an honor and a profound privilege to serve as the President of the BEPZA Public School & College Ex Cadets’ Club. I accept this responsibility with great pride and a deep sense of commitment to all our fellow ex-cadets.
BNCC has always been more than just an organization—it is a foundation that has shaped our character, instilled discipline, built confidence, and taught us the true meaning of leadership and responsibility. The lessons we learned as cadets continue to influence our personal and professional lives, guiding us to become better individuals and responsible citizens.
This club stands as a symbol of our shared journey and collective identity. It is not only a place to reconnect and relive the memories we cherish, but also a platform to grow, collaborate, and support one another. As we move forward, our vision is to build a strong, inclusive, and dynamic community where every member feels valued and empowered.
We aim to expand our network, create meaningful opportunities, and encourage active participation from all members. Through unity, mutual support, and shared purpose, we can make a lasting impact—not only within our community but also in society as a whole.
I firmly believe that the strength of this club lies in its people. Together, we can preserve the spirit of BNCC while adapting to new challenges and opportunities. Let us work hand in hand to build something that reflects our values, honors our past, and inspires our future.
Let us stay united, stay engaged, and keep the spirit alive—not only in words, but through our actions and contributions.
