BPMly: Metronome & BPM Trainer (“the App”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and how it is protected.
The App is a general-purpose music utility and is not specifically designed or marketed for children.

The App does not require registration or a user account.
We do not directly collect information such as:
your name
email address
phone number
contacts
photos
location
microphone recordings
health information
The App does not use advertising, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics services.
We do not track users across apps or websites.
BPMly uses RevenueCat to manage and validate the App's lifetime in-app purchase.
RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related and technical information, including:
purchase and transaction status
product identifiers
purchase timestamps
App Store receipt information
an automatically generated anonymous App User ID
limited device and operating system information required to provide the service
BPMly does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, or a BPMly user account identifier.
The App does not have user accounts, and RevenueCat is used with an anonymous identifier.
This information is used only to manage purchases, verify access to purchased features, and maintain purchase functionality.
RevenueCat data is not used by BPMly for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
BPMly does not receive or store your payment card information, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.

BPMly allows users to create and save Practice Presets.
A Practice Preset may contain settings such as:
BPM
metronome sound
meter
subdivision
Practice Presets are stored locally on the user's device.
We do not upload these presets to our servers.
We do not access or process their contents remotely.
BPMly does not use cloud storage for Practice Presets.
When the App is deleted, locally stored App data, including Practice Presets, is removed according to iOS storage behavior.
BPMly does not use third-party analytics services such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics.
The App does not use third-party crash-reporting services.
The App does not display advertisements.
We do not use:
IDFA
advertising profiles
behavioral advertising
cross-app tracking
We do not sell personal information.
BPMly does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as:
location
camera
photos
contacts
microphone
health information
The App's normal metronome functionality does not require access to these permissions.
BPMly is designed to minimize the amount of information transmitted outside the user's device.
Practice Presets and App settings remain locally on the device.
Purchase-related information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat through their respective systems.
We take reasonable measures to minimize the amount of data processed and to use third-party services only where necessary for App functionality.
BPMly is not specifically designed or marketed for children.
The App may have a 4+ App Store age rating, but this rating does not mean that the App is specifically intended for children.
The App does not require users to provide their name, email address, location, contacts, or other similar personal information.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
BPMly uses the following third-party services:
RevenueCat — purchase validation and lifetime purchase management
Apple App Store — payment processing and App Store purchases
These services operate under their own privacy policies and may process information necessary to provide their services.

BPMly does not maintain a remote database containing your Practice Presets or App settings.
Locally stored information remains on your device until it is modified, deleted, or the App is uninstalled.
Purchase-related information may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as necessary to process purchases, maintain purchase records, provide their services, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the App's functionality, third-party services, or data-handling practices change.
The latest version will be available through the App and/or the App Store listing.
The date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
