1. Trip information may be subject to change, including:
Stated dates (e.g. missionary unavailable)
Estimated cost (e.g. change in ministry programme, decision to support raise)
Ministry programme (depending on the needs of the missionary and missions point)
2. All trippers are required to fully attend at least 90% of pre-trip and post-trip meetings (arranged by the team leader after registration closes).
Pre-trip meetings include training and programme preparation.
Post-trip meetings include team debrief and BPMC missions prayer meeting.
Final number of meetings are subject to trip leader's decision and Missions LMS' approval.
If trippers are unable to make it for any meeting, the trip leader should be promptly informed with the reason.
Trippers who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement—unless excused by the trip leader and Missions LMS for valid reasons—will be removed from the team.
3. BPMC's Support Raising Policy
Personal Contribution: Trippers should cover the cost of their air/bus/ferry tickets and personal travel insurance to the destination country.
Working individuals will cover 100% of their personal contribution.
Non-working individuals on the trip are eligible to request for a subsidy and only pay 30% of the personal contribution. The remainder (70%) will be added to the amount to be raised as a team.
All subsidies are subject to BPMC Missions Committee's approval.
Trippers who extend their trip to the destination country before or after the mission trip will not be eligible for any subsidy for their personal contribution.
Team Fund: Expenses incurred in the destination country such as accommodation, meals, local transport and ministry expenses will be raised as a team.
Individual trippers are allowed to contribute financially to the team fund.
Estimated cost stated includes all expenses, including personal contribution.
4. All trippers are to be fully present for the full duration of the trip.
Start of trip: sent off together as a team at point of departure (e.g. Changi Airport)
End of trip: officially end the trip together on-location
If you are planning to extend after the mission trip, please check with your team leader before confirming your plans.

Final team arrangement is subject to availability (e.g. limited capacity in local transport) and BPMC Missions Committee's decision (e.g. poor attendance, poor attitude, better suitability for different trip).
