These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Blood Pressure Log – BPFit ("we", "us", or "our") and you. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the BPFit mobile application and any of its features or services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use BPFit or its content:

(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any applicable international, national, or local laws or regulations;
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others;
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, defame, discriminate, or harm any group or individual;
(f) to submit false or misleading information;
(g) to interfere with the security features or integrity of the app;
(h) to attempt to access or collect any data of other users or devices;
(i) for any obscene, harmful, or immoral purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the app if you violate any of these prohibited uses.

2. Health Disclaimer

BPFit is not a medical device and is intended for informational and personal health tracking purposes only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making any decisions related to your health. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information displayed by this app.

3. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy

BPFit may offer premium features through paid subscriptions.

Subscription Pricing (Example):

• Free trial: 3 days
  
  

• Weekly Plan: $4.99 / week
  
  

• Lifetime Plan: $29.99 (one-time)
  
  

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  
  

• You can manage your subscriptions or cancel auto-renewal in your iOS Account Settings.
  
  

Refunds:

All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via your App Store purchase history.

Since our service is delivered in full upon purchase and cannot be undone remotely, we do not issue refunds ourselves. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple’s policies.

4. Copyrights

If you believe any content within the app infringes your copyright, you may request removal by contacting us and providing:

• Identification of the copyrighted material
  
  

• Your name, address, email, and phone number
  
  

• A statement that the use is unauthorized and made in good faith
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and you are the rightful owner
  
  

• Your signature (or digital equivalent)
  
  

5. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for information on how your data is handled. By using the app, you accept and agree to all terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property owned by us or third parties. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content within BPFit are our property or that of third-party licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPFit, its developers, affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  
  

• Loss of data, health issues, or reliance on app output
  
  

• Any amount exceeding one (1) USD or the amount paid by you in the month preceding the claim
  
  

Use of the app is at your sole risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

9. Changes and Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted in the app, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of those terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BPFit mobile application or any related services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
