If you want a reliable, long-lasting wireless headset optimized for all-day call center shifts and active movement, choose Boytond Ear Buds; if you need specialized, submersible audio gear built specifically for swimming pools and water sports, choose Tayogo AquaSound Pro W18.
• Boytond Ear Buds: Delivers exceptional 70-hour total battery life and advanced CVC8.0 noise cancellation for crystal-clear calls, but lacks true underwater waterproofing. Best for professionals who need endurance and voice clarity during long workdays.
• Tayogo AquaSound Pro W18: Offers genuine IP68 submersion protection and a massive 32GB internal library for zero-tethered listening, yet provides significantly shorter continuous playtime. Best for athletes and swimmers who prioritize durability in deep water over extended battery endurance.
The Boytond Ear Buds are engineered with a clear focus on the demands of modern communication and active lifestyles that stay largely above ground. If your primary use case involves spending hours on the phone, managing customer inquiries, or attending virtual meetings, this device is built to handle the load. The standout feature here is the integration of Bluetooth 5.2 technology combined with CVC8.0 noise reduction. This specific combination is not just about playing music; it is about ensuring that your voice cuts through background chatter while you hear the other person clearly. For someone working in a busy environment or a chaotic home office, the ability to isolate sound and maintain a stable connection is the difference between a productive shift and a frustrating one.
The design philosophy leans heavily into comfort and security for extended wear. With an over-ear hook shape made from soft silicone, these earbuds are designed to fit securely without falling out, even when you are moving around. This is critical for call center agents who might be pacing while talking or for commuters navigating crowded transit. The touch controls allow you to manage calls, adjust volume, and skip tracks without reaching for your phone, keeping your hands free for typing or other tasks. The single-touch activation function has been deliberately removed to prevent accidental pauses, a thoughtful detail for anyone who needs their audio to stay consistent without constant fiddling.
Battery life is where this product truly separates itself from the competition. With a single charge lasting up to 12 hours, you can easily power through a full workday or a long commute. When paired with the included charging case, which holds an additional 800mAh capacity, you get a staggering 70 hours of total playtime. This means you rarely need to think about plugging them in. Whether you are traveling, hiking, or simply working a double shift, the Type-C fast charging ensures you are back in action quickly after a short break. However, potential buyers should note that while they carry an IPX4 rating which protects against sweat and light rain, they are not designed to survive being submerged in water. If your job requires you to dive into a pool or swim laps, this is not the tool for you.

The Tayogo AquaSound Pro W18 is a highly specialized piece of equipment designed for one dominant environment: water. If you are a serious swimmer, a triathlete, or someone who enjoys diving, this headphone is likely the only option that will keep up with your training. Its defining characteristic is the professional-grade IP68 waterproof rating, which allows for complete submersion up to three meters. Unlike standard sweat-proof devices, this unit is built to withstand the pressure of deep laps, chlorine exposure, and intense pool sessions without any risk of water damage. For anyone who has ever lost a pair of earbuds because a sudden splash ruined the electronics, this peace of mind is invaluable.
What sets this model apart is its versatility as a standalone media player. It features a massive 32GB internal memory storage capable of holding thousands of songs, meaning you can leave your smartphone behind entirely. You do not need to worry about signal loss or connectivity issues while underwater since the audio comes directly from the device. Additionally, the inclusion of Bluetooth 5.4 and an optional T6 Transmitter mode allows for streaming services like Spotify or YouTube when you are above water, bridging the gap between underwater independence and traditional wireless convenience. The fully silicone-coated frame is designed to be comfortable against the skin and compatible with swim caps and goggles, ensuring a secure seal even during flip turns.
However, this specialization comes with trade-offs that every buyer must consider before purchasing. The battery life, while robust at 8 hours of continuous play, does not match the multi-day endurance of competitors designed for land-based use. For a swimmer doing multiple sessions a day, the rapid 1.5-hour recharge time helps mitigate this, but it is still a limiting factor compared to longer-running alternatives. Furthermore, the form factor is distinctively different from standard earbuds; it utilizes a neckband-style design with integrated earplugs to ensure stability. This makes it unsuitable for general casual listening, running, or office work where a discreet, clip-on design is preferred. It is a tool for the water, not a daily driver for everything else.

After analyzing the specifications and intended use cases for both products, I would buy the Boytond Ear Buds if my goal was to find the best earphones for call center work. The combination of 12-hour single-use battery life, CVC8.0 noise cancellation, and a secure, lightweight hook design makes it the superior choice for professionals who spend their days speaking into microphones. While the Tayogo AquaSound Pro W18 is an incredible engineering feat for swimmers, its 8-hour battery and specialized waterproof nature make it too niche for general office or remote work scenarios. For anyone looking for the best ipx7 waterproof bluetooth headphones for call center applications, the Boytond offers the necessary balance of voice clarity, comfort, and endurance without sacrificing the mobility needed for a busy shift.
