Troop Information

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of activities does your Troop sponsor?

We are a very active troop! Our troop schedules a camping trip or a group activity each month. Whether we're canoeing down the Delaware river, hiking the Appalachian trail, or just "chilling" at one of the state parks, the boys are in charge of planning and executing every trip! We are a boy led troop!

How long has your Troop been active?

For over one hundred years, Troop 177 has been committed to teaching and preparing young men to be leaders and contributing citizens. Through camping, hiking, cooking, and other fun adventures, they learn teamwork, leadership, service, and life skills.
