Cross Country

• Hello everyone and welcome to the official Cross Country page of Harwood Junior High! The Head Coach for Cross Country is Coach Rabbitt (bradyrabbitt@hebisd.edu) and as a staff, we could not be more excited to carry on the competitive and winning tradition of the Blackhawk running team!

• It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that while Cross Country is a non-cut sport, there is a maximum number of runners that will make it to each meet and the final championship race at the end of the season. 

• Practice Times:

• Monday- 7:15am to 7:45am

• Tuesday- 7:15am to 7:45am (Race Day)

• Wednesday- No Practice/Recovery Day

• Thursday- 7:15am to 7:45am

• Friday- 7:15am to 7:45am

• All meets will take place at the Meadow Park Athletic Complex located at: 

3200 Meadow Park Dr, Bedford, TX 76021
