Returning 8th graders do not need a new physical but are still required to complete the yearly UIL Paperwork
Prior to uploading your student athlete's physical form into RankOne, please make sure that the form has been signed by 1) the legal guardian, 2) the student, and 3) the physician who conducted the physical.
