I am a PhD student in Public Affairs and Administration at the University of Kansas (KU).
My research interests focus on organizational behavior, human resource management, and public management. I study how individuals create dynamics based on their unique identities within organizational structures and how managers can establish virtuous cycles that benefit both individuals and organizations.
Additionally, I am expanding my research to explore how digital technologies are reshaping public sector organizations and their interactions with society. I am particularly interested in how emerging organizational policies, which reflect the complexities of today’s society, interact with existing structures and individual behaviors, while also reshaping citizen-state experiences. My ultimate goal is to develop effective management strategies that enhance employee well-being within organizations while addressing any unintended challenges that citizens might face during this turbulent moment.
Before joining KU, I received my M.A. in Public Administration from Yonsei University and my B.A. in Public Administration from Konkuk University.
