Prof. Bo Wu completed his Bachelor's degree in Physics from Beijing Normal University in 2009 and went on to obtain his PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University in 2014. Following this, he continued his research work at the same university as a Research Fellow from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, he joined South China Normal University as a Full Professor where he is currently focused on exploring ultrafast carrier and lattice dynamics in novel optoelectronic materials using various ultrafast spectroscopy techniques like transient absorption, time-resolved photoluminescence, exciton/carrier diffusion mapping spectroscopies, etc. During his academic career till now, Prof. Bo Wu has published over 50 papers in prominent journals such as Nature, Science, Nature Communications, and Science Advances. Additionally, he has also authored a book with Springer, serving as the first author.
