I'm an assistant professor in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering at Texas Tech University. I received my M.S.E. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering, Scientific Computing from the University of Michigan in 2022. Before that, I obtained a master's degree from Tongji University, and Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, both in Civil Engineering.
