Welcome to Bow Blast, a mobile game developed and published by KGD (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bow Blast on Android devices.
By downloading, accessing, or playing Bow Blast, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play Bow Blast for personal entertainment purposes only.

Use cheats, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
Exploit bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
2. In-App Purchases
Bow Blast may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play and Unity IAP.
All transactions are handled by the respective payment providers (not by us).
Purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Prices and available items may change without notice.
3. Advertising
The game includes ads provided by Unity Ads and its partners.
Ads may appear during gameplay or between levels.
By playing the game, you agree to view these ads, which help us keep the game free to play.

4. Age Restriction
Bow Blast is not intended for players under 13 years of age.
At startup, players select their age.
If a player indicates they are under 13, ads are automatically set to non-personalized to comply with child privacy regulations (COPPA).
5. Local Data Storage
All gameplay data and progress are stored locally on your device.
We do not store your data on cloud servers.
Deleting or reinstalling the app may erase your progress permanently.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Bow Blast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the game in any way that:
Violates laws or regulations.
Harms or exploits minors.
Disrupts or damages the game or its servers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bow Blast if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bow Blast is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bow Blast, including data loss or device issues.

Your continued use of Bow Blast after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
