Frank was born on the outskirts of Gambleton, far from Big Win Street, the iconic central building of the city of gambling. His parents, Frank Orel and Camila Ponte Negra, were young and immature at the time, with Orel being 18 years old and Camila only 16. Orel was the son of a widowed dentist, while Camila came from a family of immigrants who worked in a city restaurant. They met in a casino-club, where the vibrant chaos and energy of the night brought them together quickly. Soon, this impulsive passion led to an unexpected pregnancy.
When Camila revealed the pregnancy, the young couple's life fell apart. Orel's father, disapproving of his recklessness and irresponsibility, decided to disinherit him. Camila, after a heated argument with her parents, ended up running away from home, and they lived on the streets for a while. A few weeks later, Frank Junior accompanied his parents to the casino, as usual. There, his father gave him some coins to spend. Now, with his newly awakened Behavior, Frank went around the casino betting with various people and machines, and using his new ability, managed to multiply the initial amount by more than five times. Excited by his success, he rushed to share the news with his family. His father, extremely pleased, congratulated him, but without hesitation, immediately took the money Frank had won and gambled it, hoping to recover his own losses. However, he lost everything once again.
Furious and outraged by his father's actions, Frank Junior started yelling curses at him. The argument quickly escalated, culminating in a slap from his father. The chaos spiraled out of control, and both were expelled from the casino. On the way back home, tensions remained high, and his mother, already at her breaking point, lost her patience as well, adding to the turmoil. At home, after more shouting and fighting, Frank Junior was violently beaten by his father. Helpless and consumed by growing hatred, he entered his parents' room, took all the hidden reserve money, and, with tears in his eyes, fled through the window.
Using his Behavior Bogus Luck to survive, Frank delved deeper into the world of underground gambling and secret parties. In this environment, he met people who introduced him to new types of cheating and tricks. Among the lessons, they taught him how to unlock the doors of the city's more modern houses. With this knowledge, he began to break into luxurious mansions in the central region of Gambleton, taking advantage of the owners' absence to sleep in empty homes and temporarily enjoy luxuries that did not belong to him.
Over time, Frank abandoned his last name and adopted the nickname "Frank, the Ace," gaining notoriety both for his gambling skills and for his daring mansion invasions, which became increasingly luxurious. His reputation grew quickly, allowing him to attend private parties in underground casinos across the city.
It was during one of these nights of chaos and energy that Frank met Jinx, a young woman who caught his attention with her hypnotic beauty and enigmatic personality. The passion between them grew quickly, and the flirtation turned into a more intense relationship. Over time, Jinx became his inseparable companion, accompanying him to every bet and party. And although loneliness had always been part of Frank's life, he had never paid much attention to it until he realized that, by her side, something previously missing finally filled his world.
It was then that Frank later proposed to her, receiving a spontaneous and passionate kiss in response. After the celebration and some time together, Jinx invited him to spend their honeymoon in a luxurious mansion located in the most noble part of Gambleton, making it an unforgettable moment for both.
To surprise his fiancée, Frank took her to the mansion she had always admired whenever they passed through that area. Thus, using his skills and his Behavior, he managed to break into the place during the night. Inside, the place was breathtaking, filled with priceless objects and exquisite decor. Frank watched it all in awe as his fiancée hugged him, smiling with delight and looking at him with admiration.
Jinx then said she would prepare some appetizers for the honeymoon and asked Frank to start preparing the bathtub and some ropes, as he would be receiving a "special gift" soon. The gambler, excited, followed her suggestion and went to arrange the bathroom. However, after finishing, he decided to look for a fancy robe to wear later. When entering one of the rooms, he started rummaging through a wardrobe and soon found what he was looking for. However, as he turned around, he saw something on the wall that paralyzed him with fear: a painting of Fang, the Captain of Gambletown.
Panicked, Frank ran to warn Jinx to get out immediately. However, upon reaching the living room, he heard the door opening and, when he looked, saw Fang entering. At that moment, he desperately wished for his Behavior to make him disappear, but nothing happened. Fang then glared at him with rage and ordered his guards to seize him immediately.
With Frank immobilized, Fang ordered his butler, who had been accompanying him, to search the house. After some time, he returned, informing that several items had been stolen, including the Emerald Clover, a historic gem for the city. According to legends, during the first expeditions to explore the continent, a caravan transporting an old wealthy merchant had one of its wheels displaced, causing the vehicle to tremble and the man to fall out. When he recovered from the fall and got up, he noticed a green gem in the shape of a clover buried in the ground. This event was so striking that the merchant interpreted it as a divine message, believing that such luck could not be mere coincidence. Driven by this vision, he began to invest and founded the city at that very location, shaped by the idea of luck and the gambling market. Currently, the gem was displayed in the newly built mansion of the current Captain of the city.
Fang looked at the intruder with hatred and ordered him to hand over the gem immediately. Frank, trying to justify himself, explained that he hadn't stolen anything and that he had only broken into the mansion to spend the honeymoon with his girlfriend, but then he understood what had happened. He then fell silent. Fang, enraged, ordered his guards to search for the fugitive. As for Frank, he was sent directly to the city's penitentiary, with Fang making it clear that he would personally prepare a "special place" for him to spend the rest of his brief life the next day.
Behind bars, Frank began throwing pebbles into the toilet, reflecting on what had happened and what to do next. Knowing well Fang's reputation, he knew he needed to escape as quickly as possible before the sun came up. At that moment, Frank felt relieved that his Behavior hadn't activated before because now he had an opportunity to escape.
The next morning, when the Captain came to take him, he found only the police station in flames. By then, Frank had already managed to infiltrate a bus heading to another state to flee from Fang's territory. He ended up arriving in a city called Hopevale and began looking for a place where he could work while keeping hidden. Suddenly, a flyer flew toward him, landing on his face. It read that a company called Boundart Luxury was hiring for any resume. Frank smiled, convinced that luck had crossed his path again.
