1. Overview and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how M NEVES ("we," "us," or "our") accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you install or use Bouncy Buns 3D: Fun Run (the "App"). It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
The App combines a runner game with Android home-screen personalization, search, and launcher functionality. When you choose the App as your default Home app, it replaces the device's usual home screen and can display installed applications, app icons, shortcuts, themes, wallpapers, and gesture controls. You can change the default Home app at any time in Android settings. This Policy applies only to the App and our related support services; third-party websites, ad networks, app stores, and services follow their own privacy policies.
Where consent is required, we will request it before the relevant processing begins. This Policy does not replace any in-app disclosure or consent screen required for an unexpected or sensitive use of data.
2. Information Processed Only on Your Device
To operate as an Android launcher and provide the integrated game, the App may process the following information locally on your device:
Installed-app information, such as app labels, package names, icons, and launch activities, so the App can display and open apps from the home screen or app drawer.
Home-screen information, including icon positions, folders, selected wallpapers, icon style and size, label visibility, fonts, app-drawer and grid settings, and configured gestures, pop-up shortcuts, or menus.
Launcher-search information, such as search text, recent searches, and matching results from installed apps or device settings. Search processing and history remain on the device unless a specific off-device feature is separately disclosed.
Contact-search information, limited to contact names and the phone number or email address needed to show and use a result, only if you activate contact search and grant access. Contact information is processed on the device and is not transmitted to us, advertising partners, or analytics providers.
Game information, including race and level progress, buns collected, scores, virtual coins, upgrades, unlocks, selected character skins, race outcomes, and gameplay settings.
App preferences, including language, sound, notification choices, and whether the App is selected as the default Home app.
Installed-app visibility is used only for the core launcher, app-drawer, and device-search functions. If the App declares broad package visibility, it does not use the resulting inventory for advertising or analytics. For contact search, the App should use Android's user-selected Contact Picker where that method is sufficient; any broader contacts permission must be requested only after a clear in-app explanation and may be denied or revoked in Android settings.
Unless specifically stated in Section 3, this locally processed information is stored on the device and is not transmitted to us or used to build an advertising profile. Local data generally remains until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. You can change the default Home app through Android system settings and then uninstall the App at any time.
3. Information Collected or Transmitted Off the Device
3.1 Information You Provide
Support and feedback information. If you contact us, we receive the email address or other contact information you use, the content of your request, attachments you choose to send, and information needed to investigate the issue.
Privacy-request information. If you exercise a privacy right, we may collect the information reasonably necessary to locate relevant data, verify the request, prevent fraud, and document our response.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Depending on the features and SDKs included in the release, the App may collect or transmit:
Device and technical information, such as device model, Android and App version, language, country or region, screen characteristics, network type, and time zone.
Identifiers, such as an app installation identifier, App Set ID, Android Advertising ID (when available and permitted), and identifiers generated by advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting providers.
App activity, such as installation and launch events, sessions, screens or features used, game events, level completion, ad impressions, ad clicks, and interaction timestamps.
Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash logs, stack traces, startup time, memory use, battery impact, and technical events near a failure.
Approximate location, such as a country, region, or city inferred from an IP address. The App should not request precise GPS location solely for analytics or advertising. Any future location-permission use requires an updated Policy and any required in-app disclosure and consent.
Advertising information, such as ads shown, views, clicks, conversions, fraud signals, consent status, and broad interest or audience segments when personalized advertising is legally permitted.
3.3 Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
The current design does not require an account. We do not intend to collect passwords, payment-card numbers, precise GPS location, call logs, messages, media, microphone recordings, file contents, or your installed-app inventory. Any contact data used for optional launcher search is processed locally as described in Section 2 and is not collected by us. We do not transmit installed-app or contact information for advertising or analytics. If the release accesses or transmits any of these categories differently, this Policy, the in-app disclosures, permissions, and the Play Console Data safety declaration must be updated before access occurs.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only for the purposes described below and as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App, launcher and home-screen search features, personalization tools, and runner game.
Save settings and progress and respond to user-selected actions.
Measure usage, diagnose crashes, fix errors, and improve stability and design.
Display and measure ads, detect invalid traffic, and personalize ads only when permitted and consented to.
Provide support, handle privacy requests, protect users, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Third-party SDKs can collect information directly from the App and transmit it to their own systems. We are responsible for evaluating the SDKs included in the release and for ensuring that this Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration accurately describe their practices. The release submitted to Google Play uses the following providers:

6. Advertising and Your Choices
The App may be supported by advertising. Depending on your region, age, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be contextual or personalized. Personalized advertising may use an advertising identifier and App interaction information to select or measure ads. We request consent where required and honor applicable opt-out signals and device settings.
You can manage advertising choices in several ways:
Use the privacy or consent controls made available in the App, including withdrawing consent where supported.
Use Android settings to reset or delete the Advertising ID and manage ad privacy controls. Menu names may vary by device and Android version.
Use the controls offered by the relevant advertising provider, including Google My Ad Center when Google advertising services are used.
Contact us at debroczydrumef5660@gmail.com to exercise an applicable right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat the disclosure of identifiers or online activity to an advertising partner for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." Where those laws apply, we provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you request; legitimate interests in security, support, measurement, and improvement that are not overridden by your rights; consent, including for personalized ads where required; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time.
8. When We Share Information
We may disclose information only as follows:
Service providers that host, analyze, secure, support, or diagnose the App under contract.
Advertising partners that deliver and measure ads, subject to required consent and opt-outs.
Authorities, courts, advisers, or others when needed for law, valid process, safety, rights, or fraud prevention.
A buyer, successor, or adviser in a business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the App, maintaining security, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Unless a shorter or longer period is required for a documented reason, our intended retention schedule is:
Local launcher settings, search history, contact-search cache (if any), and game progress: until you clear App storage, delete the relevant history in the App, or uninstall the App.
Analytics events: up to 14 months from collection.
Crash and diagnostic records: up to 90 days from collection.
Support correspondence and privacy-request records: up to 24 months after the request is closed, or longer when needed to comply with law or establish legal compliance.
Advertising data held by an advertising provider: according to that provider's disclosed retention settings and policy; configure the provider to use the shortest period reasonably necessary.
When retention ends, we delete or anonymize information so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you. Backups may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion. We may retain limited information when legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
To request deletion of information held by us, email debroczydrumef5660@gmail.com . Because the App does not use an account, provide only enough information to identify the relevant support request or app installation; never send a password. Clearing App storage or uninstalling deletes locally stored App data but does not automatically delete records already transmitted to service providers.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; appeal our response; or complain to a regulator.
Submit a request through debroczydrumef5660@gmail.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request and may deny or limit it where the law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including data minimization, access controls, secure development, and modern encryption in transit. No system is completely secure. We provide breach notice when required by law.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact debroczydrumef5660@gmail.com, and we will investigate and delete the information where required.
If the App is offered to children or its Play target audience includes children, we will apply the Google Play Families requirements and applicable child-privacy laws, including permitted SDKs, non-personalized ads, appropriate consent, and data minimization.
13. International Data Transfers
We and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful mechanism.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy for changes to the App, SDKs, law, or our practices. We will post the revision at the same URL, update the date, and provide additional notice or renewed consent when required.
