A: We’re a family-run startup focused on affordability, safety, and personalized service. As a new business, we offer lower prices than most competitors while still providing professional setup, clean equipment, and responsive customer care. With support from our community, we hope to grow our inventory and expand the ways we serve you.
A: Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental. We also inspect all equipment regularly to ensure it meets safety standards, so you can enjoy your event with peace of mind.
A: Our standard rental is for 7 hours. You can add additional hours (same-day pickup) for $20/hour. If your event runs past 7 PM or you'd like to keep the unit overnight, our overnight rental option is available, with pickup the following morning.
A: Yes! You can keep the inflatable an additional full day. This is a great option for weekend-long celebrations or back-to-back events.
A: We deliver and set up the inflatable at your event location, and return after your rental period to pack everything up. You’ll receive a call or text with approximately 20 minutes' notice before both delivery and pickup. We typically deliver within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, depending on availability and logistics.
A: Delivery is free within a set radius for qualifying orders. For deliveries outside our local area, a small mileage-based fee may apply. We’ll always confirm this with you upfront.
A: We’re based in Acworth, GA, and serve much of North Atlanta and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
A: Our bounce houses can be set up on grass, pavement, turf, or concrete, as long as the area is flat and clear. If you have specific ground surface concerns, let us know ahead of time so we can bring the right equipment.
A: Yes, we handle all setup and takedown. Our team will make sure everything is properly secured, clean, and ready to go before leaving your location.
A: Yes! An adult must be present at the time of delivery to review the rental agreement, sign paperwork, and go over safety instructions.
A: We understand that plans change! Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your rental. Weather-related rescheduling is always free, your safety is our priority.
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. A deposit may be required to reserve your rental. Your personal and payment information is fully protected under our Privacy Policy.
