HISTORY OF THE BUILDING
The building has been built in the 19th-20th century and represents an interesting example of the urban heritage of the city. Baroque style of a building façade with its seamless patterns garlands and all of these elements are used by the artists of the style to produce moments of intensity, drama, exuberance and greatness. It’s been representing the Telegraph Office in Soviet times.
The building was restored in 2019 and now it represents a small boutique Hotel designed in a unique way to feel the history and create a cozy and warm atmosphere at the same time.
