Labor Day Weekend: 4 Day Minimum / Rest of the Year: 3 Day Minimum
Rate: $805/Day for up to 12 guests. $40/Night per person over 12 guests with pre-approval
July 4th Week: Higher Rate / October - Mid-May: Discounted Rates
Rate + $350 Cleaning Fee + State Tax
