Rental Checklist

Refund Policy: 

You may cancel for any reason at least two weeks in advance of your bike rental day.  Any orders canceled within 2 weeks will not receive a refund. We are happy to credit your order to a future rental if bikes are available. 

We are happy to shift delivery times for drop off or pickup, however, we do charge $50 to change a drop off or pickup time for each occurrence.

If plans change, let us know! We are always happy to reschedule orders or shift rental date if bikes are available.
