3. Finance & Accounting: Managing financial reports, maintaining up-to-date accounting records with custom-built spreadsheets, and creating financial forecasts based on current clients and expenses and minimising unwanted costs by 30%.

4. Process Improvement: Attempting to implement an ISO 9001-based management system to structure and optimize the different departments.

IMD Production; Pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacture and delivery of medical reagents

HSE Officer

1. Developed and implemented the HSE management system: Ensuring 100 % compliance with national safety regulations. 

2. Conducted HSE audits: Inspections and risk assessments to mitigate workplace hazards, which led to zero accidents and only 3 incidents per year.

3. Trained staff: On incident reporting, emergency procedures, hazardous material handling, and PPE usage, 3 sessions delivered each year.

4. Led fire drills and evacuation exercises: Once a month, improving overall site preparedness.
