At the start I work out with you how best your change can be delivered, for example:

I compare real progress with the plan, the stated goal and the real need, and address any missing activity. I personally check the quality of the work produced and underpin lots of tasks typically done by specialists and leaders. For example:
If indivduals aren't performing well enough, I coach and work with them to improve. I address performance, behaviour, role-responsibilities and reporting line issues at every level; staff, stakeholders, and leadership.
I get into the details, and check and fix the project plans, business case, requirements & analysis, budgets, current & future operating model, solution designs, tests, conversion & cut-over preparations, etc.
I influence the people who are wavering. I create, present and debate the proposals and reports necessary to bring everyone on-board and get agreement.
I make sure the goals are unambiguous, backed up by rigorously defined and measured success factors, and cascaded to everyone.
I make sure the operation is ready. I interview front-line staff to analyse their processes, create prototypes and models to prove our understanding is correct, and deal with the risks exposed, before more construction money is wasted.
I enforce transparency to get value out of communication. I set up routines, meetings and reporting to agree responsibilities, approve proposals, publicise progress and plans, drive productivity, monitor results and steer the project to control risk.
Rather than general engagement, I focus with you on identifying particular problems and then making you self-sufficient again in the shortest possible time. You can get my help by

Initially all you need to commit is your time (and any travel expenses) to talk, investigate and plan with me.
Once you and I have a common understanding of a problem, how I'll help you fix it and anything you’ll need to do too, if you choose to go ahead we'll agree a time & materials rate or a stage-based fixed price.
The first piece of work is often just a short period of observation and recommendation.
As each piece of work is completed, we’ll define the next together so you can decide whether and when to proceed further, without any obligation.
