This Privacy Policy explains how [YOUR NAME / STUDIO NAME] ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Bottle Color Puzzle mobile application (the "App").
We built this App to work fully offline for gameplay. The only data collection that happens is described below, and it comes entirely from third-party services we use for advertising and payments — we do not run our own servers and we do not maintain user accounts.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you use the App, the following third-party services may automatically collect information:
Advertising (Google AdMob) If you interact with ads in the App, Google AdMob may collect:
Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
Device information (device model, operating system version, screen size)
General location (derived from IP address, at country/city level — not precise GPS location)
App activity related to ad views and clicks (which ads were shown, whether you interacted with them)
IP address
This data is used to show ads, measure ad performance, and in some cases personalize ads to your interests, subject to your consent choices (see Section 4).
Purchases (Google Play Billing) If you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed and which product was purchased, but we do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Google Play.
Crash and performance data (include this section only if you add Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics — see note at the end of this document) [If used: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, which may include device information, app version, crash logs, and anonymized usage events such as levels completed or session length.]
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number to play the game.
[If you add a "player name" field for the profile screen, add: The App allows you to enter a display name for your player profile. This name is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.]
We do not collect or have access to:
Your name, email address, or phone number
Your precise (GPS) location
Your contacts, photos, or files
Any payment card information
The information described above is used to:
Display advertisements within the App
Measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud
Process in-app purchases through Google Play
Comply with legal obligations
[If applicable: Diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance]
We do not sell your personal information.
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
On Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on Android 12+).
You can also reset your advertising ID at any time from the same menu.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before showing personalized ads, in compliance with GDPR and the Google-certified Consent Management Platform requirements. You can change your consent choices at any time from the App's Settings screen.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request access to the data held about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time
Because we do not operate user accounts or our own servers, most personal data processing occurs through Google's services. To exercise rights over data held by Google, visit https://myaccount.google.com or contact us using the details in Section 9, and we will assist where possible.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which, under CCPA's broad definition, may include the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads). You can exercise the opt-out described in Section 4.1, which applies equally here.
Since gameplay progress is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored data (level progress, coins, settings). To remove data held by third-party services (such as your advertising ID history with Google), use the device-level controls in Section 4.1 or contact Google directly.
The App [has / does not have] content rated for children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your country).
[CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TWO PARAGRAPHS BASED ON YOUR ACTUAL PLAY CONSOLE TARGET AUDIENCE SETTING:]
If your app targets a general audience (including children) or is listed under Google Play's Families program:
We participate in the Google Play Families program and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown to users identified as children are limited to those certified by Google as appropriate for children's advertising (e.g., contextual, not personalized, and without behavioral targeting). We do not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics in a manner that collects information from child-directed traffic in violation of COPPA.
If your app is NOT primarily directed at children and is not part of the Families program:
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 9.
We rely on the security measures implemented by Google Play, Google AdMob, and other third-party services we use. While no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, these providers implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption of data in transit.
Local gameplay data (level progress, coins, settings) is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Advertising and analytics data is retained by Google and any other third-party services according to their own retention policies, which are described in the privacy policies linked in Section 3.
Our third-party service providers (Google and any others listed in Section 3) may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by applicable law (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at:
Email: [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] Developer name: [YOUR NAME / STUDIO NAME] Address (if required for your Play Console listing): [YOUR ADDRESS OR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE]
We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide more prominent notice (such as an in-app notification).
For transparency, this summarizes what we declare in the Google Play Data Safety section, so it matches this policy exactly:
