JULY UPDATE:
We are now about 3 weeks away from our upcoming conference. Be ready for an amazing weekend at Sunrise Ranch in Colorado with our B.O.T.A. family!
ALL guests must register with Sunrise Ranch and B.O.T.A., even if they do not plan to attend any session. We must account for everyone on the site. Thanks!
Here are a few updates and reminders:
1. Plan to arrive at Sunrise Ranch on Friday in the early-mid afternoon. We will open registration at 2-5 PM on Friday afternoon, although there can also be late check-ins. Dinner will be promptly at 6 PM, with a special welcome from Sunrise staff at 6:15 in the dining hall. Our program will begin at 7 PM on Friday evening.
2. If you have not yet entered your flight dates and times on the Google Form, please do so. Please update your form if your flight has changed. We have posted information about Genesis Shuttle service from the airport to Sunrise Ranch. You will need to make your own arrangements. Several participants have decided to collaborate on rental cars and found that it might be less expensive to do that. Link to Google Form
3. Location and Weather: Attached is the Sunrise Ranch information sheet. On this you will find important information about the facilities. As noted, the weather will probably be warm during the day and "sweater or light jacket weather" in the evenings. 4. Altitude Preparedness: Sunrise Ranch is located in Eden Valley in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. While the elevation is not “mountain height,” the internet lists elevation of around 4900 feet. If you are from a low-lying area be aware that you might notice the difference in the atmosphere. If you plan to visit the Rockies before or after the conference (and it’s a beautiful visit) don’t count on over-exerting yourself. Take it slow, drink lots of water, and rest when you need to! If you are prone to altitude sickness, take medication with you.
5. There is wireless internet, but according to the information sheet, AT&T is the only cell service that will work. The Conference is a good time to unplug from cell phones and just relax.
6. We have scheduled many wonderful activities for you. We understand that you may want to take a walk, rest in your room, or simply relax. We encourage you to listen to your own heartbeat and take breaks if you need them.
7. We will have a variety of books, Tarot sets, T-shirts, mugs and water bottles, and other items available for purchase during the conference.
8. And finally, enjoy yourself while being respectful of the environment. We are fortunate to be at Sunrise Ranch for our conference. Please understand that this is a residential community and we are guests. Let’s respect their environment - and their quiet hours!

JUNE UPDATE:
We are thrilled that our time together is drawing near. We look forward to seeing you at Sunrise. We have been busy preparing a wonderful weekend for you.
Transportation:
At the bottom of this page is a transportation document with a variety of choices Hopefully, you can coordinate your travel times to share the costs. The more people in a SUV or sedan, the less expensive the trip. On Friday morning and on Friday afternoon there will be at least 5 people to share a van or SUV with Genesis, which will be most cost-effective. (Friday morning you can book around 11:30; Friday afternoon, around 3 pm) Those arriving on Friday morning or afternoon will receive an email list so you can contact each other to arrange a shared vehicle.
Of course, you can choose to rent a car and carpool with others. A few rental car companies are included. Budget is also at Denver Airport.

B.O.T.A. Store:
We will have an assortment of books and materials from the B.O.T.A. store on hand for you to purchase. We will also have conference T-shirts, mugs and other items available.
T-Shirts will be available to pre-order until Monday, July 8. If you do not order by that date we cannot guarantee the color and/or the exact size you want. There will be additional T-shirts available at the conference.

Water:
There will be no plastic bottles of water available at the ranch. Therefore, we advise you to bring your own water container to refill (with pure mountain water) at Sunrise Ranch. We will have some refillable conference logo water bottles available for purchase.

APRIL UPDATE:
We are thrilled that so many of you have registered for our gathering in August at Sunrise Ranch. We have a limited amount of additional space, so if you still have not registered, we encourage you to do so soon!
T-Shirts and Transportation:
Please complete this Google form with your travel arrangements. You can also pre-order a conference T-Shirt. Enter your preferred T-Shirt size and color on the form and submit your payment via the PayPal link. We will have a few other commemorative items (mugs, etc.) and a bookstore with many of our B.O.T.A. publications available for purchase at the conference site.

MARCH UPDATE:
We look forward to being together as a B.O.T.A. family at the upcoming gathering in August in beautiful Colorado!
Transportation:
When you have made your flight arrangements please send them to conference@bota.org with the subject line “Flight Information From the Heart.” We will compile a list of flight arrivals so you can share rides to Sunrise Ranch, if possible.
Spouses and Significant Others:
If your spouse or significant other plans to accompany you, we request that he/she register with B.O.T.A. and pay the $88 fee. This will facilitate a fair and relaxed atmosphere, help to defray the costs of the conference, and welcome your partner to join in any of the activities, such as the Sunday Service, evening concert, or Vibratory Attunement.
T-Shirts, Books, Etc.:
We will send a Google Form to you in the coming weeks. Please enter your preferred T-Shirt size if you plan to buy a T-Shirt. You can pre-order the T-Shirt. We will have a few other commemorative items for sale (mugs, etc.) and we will have a bookstore with many of our B.O.T.A. publications available for purchase.
At this time, in mid-March, we have over 85 people registered for this gathering! We will have B.O.T.A. members from the US, Mexico and Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, so this will be an international meeting of our spiritual family! We still have additional spaces available, so share your excitement with your B.O.T.A. local groups!
This promises to be a historic gathering, filled with inspiration, fun, and fellowship!
