Supervisors:
Founder & Director Tobin Ting
Toby is a Lexington High School freshman living in historic Lexington, MA. He is an avid learner, sailor, lacrosse player, and martial artist. He also loves to play the guitar, binge documentaries, read nonfiction, and build electronic gadgets. It's a good thing he likes his family and pets, because he hangs out with them quite a lot these days.
Belle Liang
Dr. Liang, a nationally recognized expert in youth mentoring and youth purpose, is a Professor at Boston College in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development and a licensed clinical psychologist. As a researcher and parent of a high school student and a college student, she sees adolescents and emerging adults as the sparks that move society forward.
Meghan Boyer
Meghan is a senior at Boston College studying Applied Psychology & Human Development and Political Science. Next year she will be doing a year of service in Nashville, TN at an anti-poverty non-profit organization called the Martha O’Bryan Center before returning to Boston to get her Masters degree in either Mental Health Counseling or Social Work. Meghan loves playing soccer, watching sports, and volunteering with youths, and she is very excited to be a part of this team!
Taylor Chodash
Taylor is a senior at Boston College in Applied Psychology & Human Development. She will be continuing her education at Columbia University in Mental Health Counseling next year. She loves to dance, read, and spend time with her friends. She has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and is looking forward to providing adolescents with the tools they need to become leaders themselves.
Anna Flynn
Anna is a senior at Boston College majoring in Marketing and minoring in Applied Psychology & Human Development. She is also a member of the Women's Varsity Cross Country and Track Teams. Next year, she will be continuing her education at the Woods College of Advancing Studies in Leadership and Administration. She loves to run, bake, and spend time with family and friends.
Akash Ahuja
Akash is the Director of Student Ministries at Grace Chapel East Lexington, as well as a student at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His passion is building up the next generation of youth and seeing students become leaders in their homes, schools, and friend groups. At the moment, you can probably find him at home drinking coffee and discovering new indie rock on Spotify.

Anna Hazewindus
Anna is a freshman at Lexington High School and she enjoys the subjects of English and Science. Her hobbies include playing field hockey, cello, and baking. She looks forward to getting to know all of her mentees!
Lily McCalmont
Lily is a junior at Arlington High School, living in Arlington, MA. She enjoys learning and teaching languages, science, English, and math. Most of all, she loves a good game. She's been hanging out with her sister and dog everyday.
Colleen Powell
Colleen lives in Marlborough, MA and is a junior in high school. She is an artist, who loves to paint, and make music. These days, you can find her at home playing her viola. Now that she is stuck indoors she has plenty of time to enjoy these hobbies.
William Sbihli
Will is in 9th grade at Lexington High School, in Lexington Massachusetts. He loves all sorts of games. His favorite sport is skiing, especially ski racing. He is looking forward to getting to know kids around the globe and hear about their interests too.
Lucas Viana
Lucas is a freshman at Lexington Christian Academy. He is an avid, 3 season athlete, playing soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse. Some other passions are coding, reading, and cooking. He is super excited to be helping other kids and getting to know new people.
Oli Dunton
Oli is a freshman at Rockport High School. He loves spending time with friends and family, as well as reading and playing games. He is a hockey player, sailer, golfer, and plays on the ultimate Frisbee team. Oli also enjoys acting, and meeting new people.
Matt Crocker
Matt will be a sophomore at LCA. He plays soccer and baseball. He enjoys spending time outside and hanging out with friends.
