I am the founder of Boss Lady Ice Cream Parlor, and my journey began in 2021 when I decided to start a small business after completing grade 12. Faced with a lack of job opportunities, I turned to entrepreneurship. My inspiration came from Soweto Creamery, a renowned ice cream business in Johannesburg, which I followed closely on social media. The pictures of their ice cream impressed me, and I was determined not to let this opportunity pass me by.

So, I started selling my ice cream from my home and named my business "Boss Lady Ice Cream and Cakesicles." The initial phase was challenging as I struggled to attract customers. However, in 2023, I took a significant step by purchasing a container and relocating near a busy main road to reach a wider audience. With this move, I also rebranded my business as "Boss Lady Ice Cream Parlor."

Under this new name, I am dedicated to bringing the finest ice cream offerings to my valued customers. I take pride in handcrafting ice creams and cakesicles with love and creativity, offering a unique taste experience that sets me apart.
