Boss Hogs positions itself as the premier provider of mobile luxury cigar experiences in the region, capitalizing on the vibrant event landscape and diverse customer base. The service is ideally suited for weddings, tailgates, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, and other special occasions, offering a unique and exclusive experience that leaves a lasting impression on guests.Â
The mobile cigar lounge operates with flexible pricing options to cater to local and out-of-town events. For local events, the rate is $300 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours, and $200 for each additional hour. Holiday hours are priced at $350 per hour. Must rent for 2hr minimum. Guests pay for additional cigars. Cigars options include House Blend and various brand name premium cigars. Our mobile cigar lounge service is fully customizable to meet the needs of your event.Â

Golf Tournaments & Sporting Events: Enhance the event with a stylish, relaxing space to watch the game and enjoy a cigar.
Birthdays, Tailgating or Fantasy Drafts: Tailgate or draft your fantasy team while enjoying our lounge and free WiFi. Or Just for any occasion.Â

Booking Requirements:
Non-refundable deposit $300 required to secure booking
Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event
Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
For out-of-town events, the service requires a minimum of 4 hours at $350 per hour, with the same additional hour rate of $200. *Out-of-town holiday hours are billed at $450 per hour.
Additional surcharges apply for events over 30 miles (fuel surcharge) and over 115 miles (fuel and lodging surcharge).Â
Mileage Surcharge: Travel outside of South Bend (beyond 30 miles): $0.75 per mile plus tolls
Lodging Surcharge: Travel 115+ miles outside of South Bend, IN
A mandatory 18% gratuity is added to all bookings.
ALL MOBILE LOUNGE PARTICIPANTS/GUESTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
EVENT SITE:
SITE MUST ACCOMMODATE an 18FT MOBILE UNIT TO INCLUDE room for ENTRANCE
Can not park or block traffic on city streets/sidewalks.​​
NO ROUGH TERRAIN/HILLY SURFACES/MUDDY SURFACES
We reserve the right to setup where we can avoid damage to our equipment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.Â
