Hello, I am Bo, an Atomic, Molecular and Optical (AMO) physicist. I received my PhD from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2019 and currently work at Cavendish Lab, Cambridge. My researches are focused on quantum simulations with ultracold atomic gases. I am interested in the properties of the quantum phases of matter, particularly topological matter and strongly correlated materials. My past researches include topological phases in optical lattices with spin-orbit coupled gases, and SU(N) symmetric interactions. My current research aims at furthering the understanding of many-body phenomena in disordered systems using optical quasicrystals, including many-body phase transitions, out-of-equilibrium dynamics, and many-body localization.
