This page is dedicated to guitar compositions of Rogier Bos. He is an amateur composer and guitar player. He writes music for guitar solo, for his band (the Medium Bangers), and there is the odd one out: a composition for piano (quatre mains). Scores are provided under the videos. Enjoy!

A short composition with some playful meters in the middle part, where the melody moves to the lower register.

Croque-Monsieur (2009) - score (pdf)

A pop-music inspired composition in E (the best key for guitar, I think), starting of with a chord that I use a lot.

An ode to Bach, with some more Spanish sounding melodies and harmonies.

A rather dark and dreamy sounding one; modulating all over the place.

Not avoiding the clichees here; with happy major chords. Later the same idea is developed in minor.

I think this one is a melody in chords (some rather exciting), definitely inspired by the music of Allan Holdsworth.
