🎁 Vouchers

Vouchers are available for purchase at a specified Rand value and are valid for 3 months.

💳 Payments

We accept:

• Debit Cards

• Credit Cards

Please Note:

• No American Express

• No EFT Payments

• Sundays & Public Holidays: Cash Only

📅 Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full quality service. We will only be able to provide a 10-minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed due to lateness, or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be invoiced on your next appointment.

For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before your appointment.

If you have any suggestions or concerns, please share them with us or contact us directly.

We do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with our work or services, please report them directly to the owner or salon within 24 hours, including clear photos.

No visitors are allowed. Please do not bring guests if they do not have an appointment.
