User Accounts

The App requires users to create an account to access its features.

• Authentication and login services are securely handled by Supabase, a third-party authentication provider.
  
  

• YDali Techlabs does not collect, store, or have access to your password or sensitive authentication credentials.
  
  

• Supabase manages authentication using industry-standard security and encryption practices.

3. Camera and Photo Access

The App requests access to your device’s camera and/or photo library only to allow you to:

• Take photos of your items, or
  
  

• Select existing photos from your device,
  
  

• Upload those photos to post within the App.
  
  

Important clarifications:

• Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to upload a photo.
  
  

• The App does not access your camera or photos in the background.
  
  

• Photos are not used for tracking, analytics, advertising, facial recognition, or any unrelated purpose.
  
  

4. Use of Uploaded Photos

Photos uploaded by users are used exclusively to:

• Display the user’s items within the App and on the associated website.
  
  

• Share content only with individuals or groups explicitly chosen by the user.
  
  

Photos are never:

• Sold or licensed,
  
  

• Used for advertising or marketing,
  
  

• Shared without the user’s direction, except as required by law.
  
  

5. Data Storage and Security

• Uploaded photos and user data are stored securely using reputable cloud infrastructure.
  
  

• Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  
  

• Access to user data is limited to what is necessary to operate and maintain the App.
  
  

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data may be shared only:

• With service providers (such as Supabase) strictly for operating the App,
  
  

• With other users, only when you choose to share content,
  
  

• If required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
  
  

7. User Control and Data Deletion

You control your content and data:

• You choose which photos to upload.

• You choose who can view your shared content.

• You may delete photos or your account, subject to reasonable technical limitations and legal requirements.
  
  

You may also revoke camera or photo permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so may limit App functionality.

8. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use camera or photo data for analytics or tracking purposes.
If analytics tools are used, they do not collect photos or access the camera.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Users

If you access the App from outside your country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
