The team has arrived safely after a long travel day to Iglesia Bautista Amistad! We began our journey at 11:30 this morning, and after flights, vans, tacos, and lots of laughs, it’s nearly eleven when we’ve arrived.         

It’s nearly eleven Douglas-time, but almost one in Charlotte time—meaning the team is tired! But one of the best parts of a travel day like this is we’re able to spend lots of time chatting, napping, and getting to know each other. Through the highs and lows of this travel day, we are excited to have made it and looking forward to what tomorrow will bring.

Today’s blog is a bit short, but we’re getting prepared for longer days ahead!
