The information provided should not be considered factual. This page is intended to explore the lore and creative ideas related to the game's background. While real companies and countries are mentioned, they are not connected to any of the train names or specifications.
BORail (Bedrock Open-World Rail) is a fictional designed regional, commuter rail or high speed train network that spreads out over a map. The map might be entirely flat or can include a mix of environments and landscapes. Our team aims to lay down at least three key train lines that stretch far and wide. Along these lines, we're looking to build cities and towns at the stations, filling these places with activity and life. Here, you can choose to be either a passenger, enjoying the journey across this expansive world, or a driver, controlling the trains that connect these varied locations within Minecraft, bringing together different places and communities.
(Access is only available on Minecraft Bedrock Edition / Pocket Edition / Minecraft for Windows)
BORail was originally launched in early February 2024, initially featuring six stations along a single line in a regular terrain environment rather than a Flatworld. The inaugural station, "Lionview Island," was constructed. The MTC-T 9455 was the first train tested on the routes connecting these stations. Unfortunately, the project faced several challenges relating to terrain features, station placements, design ideas for certain biomes and the location of stations, which eventually lead to its build cancellation in Late February 2024. However, in Mid-March 2024, BORail was revived with the development of BORail Flatlands.
BORail is pleased to announce the official launch of its Fictional Live Timetable system. This comprehensive display features all 70 stations within the BORail network, providing users with real-time arrival information for incoming trains. Within the website, users can locate our system maps and our system maps plus our status for each service line and elevator. This dynamic timetable operates independently of fixed scheduling systems. Please note that this timetable has a completely fictional schedule to it and does not resemble the accurate times of the system.
NOTE: Updates will come once in a while. As of September 2026, the website is currently complete however, there will be some bug fixes in the future.
