Payment is made online to the Bay of Plenty Judges and Teachers Summer School, bank account 11 6031 0270641 11 (ref dancers name)

Entry will not be deemed valid until full payment is received.

Families please enter each dancer on a separate Entry Form.

BOP Teachers and Judges (organisers) will follow any Community Health measures both NZAHND and Public Health require.

Full refunds of entry fees will be given should the event not go ahead due to Covid restrictions.

A selection of scholarships are awarded at BOP Teachers and Judges Summer School event.

If you are redeeming a 2022 Scholarship for the 2023 year - this will be done via the online entry form.

Application for a refund, accompanied by a doctors certificate, must be submitted asap and no later than 1 week after the completion of Summer School.

Alternatively, full fees may be held over for a one year period.

Full refunds will be given for a dancer unable to attend due to Covid or Public Health regulations at the time.

Class placement is carefully thought out balance of exam level, age of dancer, dances competent in and overall class size.

Dancers under the age of 10 years will have Dance and Step classes combined.

Prior knowledge of the dancers next Academy Exam is recommended for Exam Classes.

A timetable will be emailed out to all dancers well before the commencement of Summer School
