We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Nearol, Joinol, and NJAdmin mobile applications ("Apps").
By using our Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you use our Apps, we may collect:

Camera & Photo Library Access: If you upload profile pictures or other media

Manage staff reimbursements and internal payment processes

6. TRACKING AND APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY COMPLIANCE
We do not use or share any data for advertising tracking across other apps or third-party platforms.
We do not link user data to third-party datasets for advertising purposes.
Therefore, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not required or implemented in our apps at this time.
Our Apps may link to third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, authentication providers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies separately.
8.ACCOUNT DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
You may delete your account and associated data directly through the app:
Open the the app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Manage Account.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice — your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
What Will Be Deleted:
Your name, phone number, email, profile picture, and preference
Your authentication and login information
What May Be Retained:
Financial or transactional records for legal and regulatory reasons
Anonymized or aggregated data for analytics or fraud prevention
Service providers using the Joinol app are not allowed to cancel a booking once they have committed to the service. No refunds will be issued once a service is accepted or completed.
All services are digital and provided via the app. There are no physical products. Users will be notified of service provider arrivals and job schedules.
We may update this policy from time to time. You’ll receive a notification in the Apps or via email when significant changes occur.
