These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nearol, Joinol, and NJAdmin mobile applications and services provided by Bopiltech Services and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
You agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse any feature, upload harmful content, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Payment features apply to missioners through the Joinol app.
No refunds will be processed once a service is accepted or completed.
Service providers are obligated to complete services they commit to.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Service providers using the Joinol app are not allowed to cancel a booking once they have committed to the service. No refunds will be issued once a service is accepted or completed.

All content, branding, and software in the apps are owned by Bopiltech Services and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
