Jeffrey Alvarado is part of senior management at Acuity Costa Rica. As an Assistant Director, he leads the Training and Knowledge Management department. For the past 10 years, Mr. Alvarado has researched the medical devices industry and with his expertise has taught financial modelling, company valuation, and Excel to hundreds of trainees. Mr. Alvarado holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance

Premchand Kandasamy is an Associate Director with over 12 years of experience in investment research, managing talent, and handling client relationships. Prem has worked across multiple roles across locations, initially beginning his career in our Colombo delivery center before moving to Costa Rica, where he is currently based.

At Acuity, he leads teams, manages clients, and oversees talent in key business segments in Costa Rica working together with our business development and training teams.

He holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Monash University and is a CFA Level III exam candidate.
