Boot Logo Changer Download ((FREE))

Sorry first post and understand this is an old thread but I cannot seem to find a soluition. I have an Asrock x570 Taichi and trying to research how to change the boot logo. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to accomplish this? I have searched the forums without success and do not want to brick my mobo.

I tried changing the boot logo image of my motherboard(ASRock OEM).

When I first tried to change it using ChangeLogo.exe, I was able to extract the LOGO image (BMP format), but when I tried to replace it, ChangeLogo.exe stopped responding.

So I loaded the BIOS file into the UEFI tool and then I searched the first 40 bytes of the extracted BMP file and found the Raw section of the LOGO image.

I confirmed that the size of the extracted BMP file and the size of the Raw Section matched, and when I specified and replaced a new BMP file of the same size, the LOGO image was replaced with the new image.

Good afternoon, Lords of great wisdom. My problem is the following: I bought a Chinese laptop with GN117_MB_V31-T board. (Aptio Setup Utility 2021) (There is no info for that board). And I want to change the logo of the bios. I have used Aptio_V Afuwin to do the bios Backup, then I change the logo with AMI ChangeLogo Tool v5.0.0.2 and everything seems perfect. But when you restart the new logo appears ok. But it automatically enters the bios, appearing a new option RECOVERY, ROM LAYOUT MISMATCH DETECTED - PARTIAL UPDATE IS NOT ALLOWED. If I give ESC it enters windows without problem but always enters the BIOS first, how can I solve that problem. Thank you very much for your help.

You must enable Unbranded boot on the installation media with DISM before you can apply settings for Unbranded boot using either Windows Configuration Designer or applying a provisioning package during setup.

I know HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc. change the Windows 8 boot logo to match their logo. I would like to do that for a custom-made computer that I built running Windows 8. I'm not refering to the BIOS screen since that can't be changed easily. I'm talking about the logo that appears while Windows 8 is loading. For those of you that don't know, added in Windows 8 was an option for OEMs to customize the boot screen but I don't know where it is.

It is possible to create an EFI application which temporarily modifies the ACPI tables (including BGRT) and then proceeds to load the actual Windows boot manager. This application must then be booted instead of the original Windows boot manager (bootmgfw.efi). BGRT uses the common BMP format (Windows 3.x BMP, or BMP3) with 24-bit or 32-bit colors.

I've created HackBGRT, which is a simple EFI application for the purpose. HackBGRT reads its configuration file, loads the specified BMP to BGRT, sets the coordinates appropriately and loads another EFI application (usually the Windows boot manager, bootmgfw.efi).

I recently found out that if u have an HP, go to the UEFI firmware settings, and on power-on or something like that, you can enable a mode called POST messages, or something like that. Then, the HP logo will be gone and the default windows boot logo will be used.

I tested this on Windows 10 and it worked flawlessly (I did have to do the BCedit step at the end). One thing I think you should warn everyone about is that if you have your drive encrypted using Bitlocker, make sure you have your recovery key. Once you change the certificate on the bootres.dll file, it will prompt you for your recovery key on the first boot.

I also faced the same challenge, then later I read from other posts what was causing the probkem. The problem was with the resonator and the solution was to use resource tuner instead. This link explains the process i followed which solved it for me.

I have HP Laptop 245 G5 and I have gotten it by UP Government and it has Akhles Yadaw logo on windows startup and I don't want to see it, I would like to see HP default logo. So please help me to remove it and get back default logo.
